Ай да DX, ай да сукин сын!

     Всё-таки умеют сцуки чувствовать тсзть настроение (блин, как тут правильно запятые ставить? мне хочется поставить аж четыре штуки, но умом понимаю, что как-то вроде многовато). Под катом - короткая переписка с их суппортом на тему зависшего заказа (того самого, декабрьского). Повод - статус внезапно сменился с "ждём потихоньку" на "завершён" (completed).

Greetings!

An order 12150Q14 was made december 2011 (almost half an year ago!), and it has three positions still pending (not shipped). Until now an order had status "Order received", but recently status changed to "Shipped and Completed", without any visible action taken (remaining items were neither shipped, nor refunded).

What does "completed" mean, and why did it appear in order status? Does it mean, that you are not going to ship/refund the rest of order at all?

If you have remaining items in stock (as you claim on the site) - plese ship it. If you have not - please refund it! Since time for PayPal refund is missed, you may refund using order 0412U0K9 - it was made on april, 12, which was less than 60 days ago, and therefore should be still refundable.

First, I do not want "store credit", I want a refund. You should be able to do it via order 0412U0K9, since it was made less than 60 days ago, and you will not be able to do it "two weeks later", since PayPal refund terms will pass. Do you want me to open dispute at PayPal, or what?

Second - did you just say, you need "two weeks" not even for doing refund (which may really take time), but just to move couple of numbers inside your own database - close the order, add some number to "store credit"? Now I see, why your "4 to 7 days" sometimes become "4 to 7 months"...

     Рефунд приехал менее чем через сутки после ответа. А говорили "store credit", "two weeks"... :-)

     Надо бы, кстати, тот старый пост про "правила выживания на DX" всё-таки переписать заново. А то воды там много, а толку по сегодняшним меркам - мало.
